Refund policy

Refunds are offered for damaged products. In the event your item is damaged or incorrect, we will take responsibility and we will provide a replacement. Please notify us within 24-48 hours if your order is damaged.

Please contact us via email at info@positiveblackimagesfineart.com if a return is needed. We request that you ship your package back to Positive Black Images, 21700 Stableview Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20882 within 3 business days of notifying us. Items shipped back must be packaged in the same condition they were received. Upon receipt of the damaged product, we will ship a replacement to you within 24-48 hours.
